Online Separation Entry allows authorized users to submit detailed separation information to TALX in a timely manner. The WebSeps application permits a user to enter details concerning a separation, which are then posted to our claims processing system; with these details, your TALX UIC can very quickly respond to an unemployment claim.
TALX Claims Management Reports are accessible via webManager as well. These reports are deployed based on the user’s role within an organization. So a user with responsibility for only one work site, for example, can only see details for that work site.
